With all the dangers from cancers, strokes, diabetes,high cholesterol, high sugar and high etc, we have to tread gingerly all the times. Life is no more carefree nor is it very easy going any more. But for long term health we have to do our best to comply with all the rules for maintaining good health. No more drinking of spirit not even red wine or beer and live more like a monk. Well such is life and we have to take up the challenge to make the best of it.
