Can One enjoy Sleep in the wee hours before daybreak?

Just because a young lawyer sought court's decision on whether he could enjoy sleep in his own house without being blasted with the loudspeaker broadcasted prayer or sermon or recitation of holy verses or whatsoever, the extremists gathered together a crowd to demonstrate against him burning his effigy and even requested the authority to take action him and clamoured that he should be expelled from Malaysia. This is a magnifestation of racial sentiment in the extreme and religious fanaticism too.
